So a couple of weeks ago I won a competition on "EGO"'s facebook page. I couldn't be happier, because I still didn't have one of their games. Me and my friend always play it when we are together, because she has got it. So You can understand how happy I got, when I saw that I had won. This is what I got from them:
I got the game (the green edition), a bottle of red wine, peanuts, chips, ballons, chocolate truffels and chocolate covered fudge.. YUM it all tasted SO good, and my easter became that much more fun.
I LOVE Matt Bomer. Saw him in White Collar, and fell in love with him and his great acting. A few days ago I saw him in Glee, where he sang twice with Darren Criss. They both have very beautifull voices, and they are so perfect together in a song.. So today I just want to share this video with you:
Lastly I want you all to watch "White Collar" if you haven't allready. It is about Neal Caffrey, who escaped prisson, and is now working off his sentence with FBI, helping them with solving cases. There are other great actors in "White Collar" suck as Tiffani Thiessen (Beverly Hills 90210), Hillarie Burton (One Tree Hill), Tim DeKay (The new adventures of old Christine, Party of Five), Marsha Thomason (Las Vegas, Lost), Willie Garson (Sex And The City) and Sharif Atkins (the 4400, ER)
Today I would love to share my favourite recipe with you all. Me and my friend call it Spicy Pasta, and we absolutely love it. It can also be made as a vegetarian dish (just leave out the chicken, and it will be great anyway).
In this recipe, there is food to 4 persons, unless you take more than once or you eat big portions, then there is only to 2 persons. What you need is following:
2-4 chilies (depends of how hot you like your dish, I use 3 or 4 when I make it)
1 BIG red pepper
1 BIG red onion
0,5 Liter cream
500 grams chicken breast
Salt and Pepper
Fresh Pasta
You start out with chopping all the ingredients to appropriate pieces. I chop them in to large pieces, because I love big chunks of peppber and onions. Chilies are chobbed fineand WITH the seeds.. They are important in this dish for the taste so REMEMBER to keep the seeds.
When you have chopped everything, you put some oil in a pot, and roast the chiken pieces, when they are cole so done (about 5 minutes), you put the chilies down with them and roast them some minutes more. When the aroma of the chilies comes up, you put the cream in the pot. You wait till it boils, and then you put the pepper and onions in it. Now it has to simmer for 10 minutes. You season it with salt and pepper, about 1 tea spoon of pepper and 3 tea spoons of salt.. sometimes less and sometimes more salt.. So now it is VERY important to taste it, before you just poor all pepper and salt in it..
You serve it with fresh pasta. You can also use regular spaghetti, BUT the taste is SO much better with fresh pasta..

This is a little bit late, but March is Endometriosis awareness month. This is an illness I know well myself, since I've got it too. It is said that 4-7 % of all women have this illness. The diagnose is very hard to make. It is a serious illness that can lead to infertility and can cause great pain before/during/after menstruation. Here is some of the symptoms of Endo (taken from endo.org):
Pain may be felt:
before/during/after menstruation
during ovulation
in the bowel during menstruation
when passing urine
during or after sexual intercourse
in the lower back region
Other symptoms may include:
diarrhoea or constipation (in particular in connection with menstruation)
abdominal bloating (in particular in connection with menstruation)
heavy or irregular bleeding
fatigue
The other well known symptom associated with endometriosis is infertility. It is estimated that 30-40% of women with endometriosis are subfertile
I am a HUGE fan of Tim Burton and Johnny Depp, and a even bigger fan of the two of them working together. That is why I absolutely have to see "Dark Shadows". The movie is based on a horrer show that were running in the 60's about the rich Collins family of Collinsport, Maine, who is tormented by strange occurrences.
Barnabas Collins (Johnny Depp) returns to his ancestral home to protect his descendants.

All I can say, is that I can't wait till the movie gets out here in Denmark, and i KNOW it will be great, because all of Tim Burtons movies are.. Who doesn't love "Corpse Bride", "9", "Ed Wood", "The nightmare before christmas" and "Edward Scissorhands" just to name a few? I can't wait to see one more of Tim Burtons beautiful creations.

NOW the first GOODIEBOX has arrived and I LOVE IT! The black band around my box just made it look so much more exclusive. This is the first box ever in Denmark, so I am thrilled to finalle have got it, and I can't wait to recieve many more in the future.
