BEST movie ever: Boondock saints

I am a HUGE fan of The Boondock Saints. I have always loved this movie, so offcourse I had to see the second movie too. I wasn't that thrilled with the new movie as I was with the first, but it would also be very hard to keep up the standard because the first movie was so huge and is still the greatest movie for a long time.  I can't stop this post without posting some of my favourite quotes form the movie :-) So here it goes:

If you guys haven't watched The Boondock Saints yet, I sincerely hope you will soon, because it is definently worth the money, ALSO Boondock saints "All saints day". Norman Reedus and Sean Patrick Flanery do an amazing job in this movie.. Love to them both

*SPOILER ALERT*

Well to begin with I LOVE nearly everything with vampires in it.. Since I was a teen I've loved movies with vampires.. Now around the world there are vampires in everything. books, movies and SERIES! I LOVE IT! This time I would love to dedicate my post to True Blood. I've followed the show since it started and it just keeps getting better. Now we are in season 4, and oh my god.. This one is even better than the first 3.. The only sad thing I have to say about this season is that it's the season of the witch AND Eric is back to "human" thoughts. he isn't that raw anymore, and I must say I miss it. I miss his raw "I take everything" and "I can take her, if I want to" attitude. But the good thing is that there is no more Sookie and Bill :-) I must say I am voting on Sookie and Eric :-) And offcourse it helps that Alexander Skargård is from Scandinavia, so I can feel more close to him. HAHA. I can't wait to see how this season will go on and the next seasons. I have never read the books, but I am getting more and more close to the need and wanting to read the books. So my dear readers: if you don't allready follow True Blood and watch them, you should start to. It isn't as romantic as Twilight, it is more raw and more sexy :-) A show I absolutely can recommend to you all..

Copenhagen Fashion Week 2011

MTV: Jared Leto Addresses Thirty Seconds To Mars’ Future

"In recent months, members of 30 Seconds To Mars Echelon have been in a panic over rumors that their favorite band may be calling it quits once they wrap their (seemingly endless) Closer to the Edge tour at years end.

Of course, the band themselves havent exactly done much to assuage those fears, making a few off-handed comments (link) about the split in an interview with MTV Canada, and then following them up by going full non-committal to MTV Radio.

So, when MTV News spoke to frontman Jared Leto last week about 30STMs three VMA nominations, we decided to get him to answer the question once and for all. And while, he remained fairly obtuse about everything, he did admit that the band is thinking very hard about their future and, yes, he understands that their lack of a firm plan has freaked his fans out.

Yeah, and I mean, its understandable why people would [think] that, Leto said. Weve been really thinking about the future, and life and opportunities and choices and, really, I think when were done with this album cycle, then well be ready to address the future.

Its been such an incredible, insane, crazy ride, he continued. Its been almost two years, all around the world more than a couple times. This global typhoon of shows and videos and creativity and madness. So, we need a little bit of time — I need a little time to catch my breath.

But regardless of whatever the future may bring, Leto said that he and his bandmates have also been spending a lot of time reflecting on their past and the long journey theyve embarked on with their This Is War album. It started nearly three years ago, with 30STM embroiled in a lawsuit with their label, has taken them around the world, and has landed them nominations in two years worth of VMA shows. So, if they do decide to walk away, theyll do so with heads held high.

Its been a long, slow battle. A global battle. Its incredible, Leto said. My brother, Tomo [Milicevic] and I were looking at photos, and we look like kids compared to now. So much life has happened since then, and we definitely feel very proud of the adventure so far. Very grateful.

Of course, he couldnt think of a better way to go out than with a trio of triumphs at the VMAs (the bands Hurricane clip is up for Best Direction, Cinematography and Editing.) Which is why Letos not above doing some hard-core campaigning, either.

But the nice thing about these video nominations, they certainly would be a great way to say goodbye, wouldnt they? he laughed. I mean, winning all three would be a pretty nice way to go out."

Utøya and Oslo HAVE to be mentioned

 

Well today I absolutely have to take a little time to Blog about my nabour country Norway. My deepest thought go out to the family of the victims from fridays attack on Oslo and Utøya. I really hope you all will be okay, and a rose to everyone lost on that day.
At the same time I would really like to link to a blog, a victim have made, to tell about her experience on the island. Offcourse it is in Norwegian so if you can't somehow translate it, it will be hard for you to understand what she's writing. I hope you all will take your time to read her post and maybe comment on it as I also have.
