A little summer reading - Erotic books

"Fifty Shades" trilogy by E. L. James has captivated the world. People are now waiting for the exiting movie that already is signed and with a director. Now it is said that it should be out in 2014, but let us just wait and see. It is not unusual for movies to be delayed.

In "Fifty Shades" we meet Mr. Christian Grey and Anastasia Steele. Anastasia is helping her friend Kate with an interview. Since Kate is sick, Anastasia has promised to travel to Seattle to interview Mr. Christian Grey for the school's newspaper. The interview is not going well and Anastasia hopes that Kate can use what she got out of the interview. We follow the Anastasia's intense journey and her longing for Mr. Christian Grey.

They are definitely worth a look, even if you do not think you will like them. I had that opinion before I read them, and now I love them. nearly as much as I love the following books.

Here are my favorite books, which are somewhat similar to fifty shades:

"Crossfire" by Sylvia day. Now there are 3 books in the series, but there are 2 more books to be expected, though the date for the publication of either books are not official yet, sadly. Books 1 in the series is "Bared to you", book 2 is  "reflected in you" and book 3 is "entwined with you" and book 4 is said to be called "captivated by you".

In "Crossfire" we follow the very emotional and very romantic journey taken by Gideon Cross and Eva Trammel. Eva has just moved to New York and moved in with her friend Cary Taylor. She is to start at her new job at "Waters Field And Leaman" as Mark Garrity's assistant. Soon we are introduced to Mr. Gideon Cross, who own the Crossfire-building that "Waters Field And Leaman" are settled in.

Now we all are waiting patiently for book #4 to arrive, I know I can't wait.

The "Crossfire" series has also been picked up by Lionsgate for a TV-show.

The next series I would like to introduce you all to, is the "Stark trilogy" by J. Kenner. I absolutely love this trilogy. Book #3 is not yet released but it will be in only 8 days. YAY! The first book is "Release me", #2 is "Claim me" and #3 is "complete me".

In "Stark" we again follow an emotional and romantic journey. This time is is a journey made by Mr. Damien Stark and Nikki Fairchild. Nikki has just moved to Los Angeles to work at "C-spquared technologies" as Carl's assistant. Things at the office quickly turns dark, and Nikki is in search of a new job. We follow her journey from new in the city, to be living her life in the big city.

Again here we are all waiting for the thrilling new story that is #3 "complete me", out July 30 2013. SOON!

The last series I will write about today is the "After Dark trilogy" by Sadie Matthews. Book #1 is called "fire after dark", book#2 is called "secrets after dark" and book#3 is called "promises after dark".

In this trilogy we follow Elisabeth (Beth) Villiers and Dominic Stone's emotional journey. Beth is cat-sitting for her aunt, who is a former model and lives in London. Beth has just broke it off with her boyfriend Adam, so she is a bit relieved to be out of town for 5 weeks to live in her aunts apartment in London. She quickly sees Dominic, who lives in the building across from her aunt and can see in to his living room and he can see right in to hers. She often sits and looks in to his living room with her lights off, so he can not see her seeing him. How will it go on, what will happen? WELL I guess you just have to read it yourself.

I hope you will enjoy these books as much as I did.

My two new special things in my life

Aaaaaaah.. A few days ago I bought myself two lovely pieces just for me. I bought a DKNY bag I have loved for ages, and it was 30% off, we like that. A LOT.

The second thing I bought was an original Arne Jacobsen chair "The Egg". The chair is 1:16, and I absolutely love it. When I can not afford the real big chair I must settle for this little cute miniature. I would LOVE to own the other pieces in this collection, especially "The Swan" and Arne Jacobsen's own home. LOVE IT ALL! Just for me, to have sitting in my bookcase. Aaaah I'm in love with this collection. Here is my chair, and further down you can see some examples of the other things you can buy from their page that I absolutely love.

I bought mine in "Bahne", but they can also be bought at www.minimii.com
